Shipping policy

If your item was received damaged or unusable, please contact us as soon as possible. We will only ship to a verifiable mailing address. We will not be held liable for any parcel mailed to the wrong address as entered by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping-to address is correct. In most cases, USPS will be the default shipping method however, circumstances such as shipping location, product size, and weight can be factors for using alternative shipping methods. Shipping options will appear during the checkout phase after entering the information for the Ship-To-Address area and before entering your credit card information. All orders are packed and shipped between 1-3 business days except for those products that are made to order from our fulfillment center. (ex. Face Masks, rash guards, crankers, towels, anything sublimated, selected stickers, hats and apparel) Inter-island mailing addresses typically take 1-3 business days. Shipping costs vary per item.
