It was one of those dives where everything came together. Capt. Joe, Ryan & I set out on the east side of Oahu on a nice day. No clouds, no winds and clean water. Apparently, my fish magnet was on and was just a little stronger than everybody elses, but we all managed to take home fish to eat. Yet another awesome dive with the Venture Crew where everyone was able to take home fish. Those are the best days. Nice conditions, full crew & a day that everybody was picking up! Butter/Garlic/Caper Mahi Mahi On Linguine Recipe by Troy Maeda  Instagram: @tkmaeda Ingredients: -Fish filet (mahi) -Olive oil -Salt -Pepper -Butter -Garlic -Capers (non-pareil) -Linguine 1.
